We're looking for a dynamic Marketing Specialist to craft and implement strategies that boost our brand, engage audiences, and drive growth. This role involves strategic planning, content creation, and analysis. 

The role:

• Develop and implement a content strategy, including case studies, newsletters, and press releases.
• Manage content marketing across various platforms and oversee website updates using CMS and CRM systems.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns; analyse performance and optimise digital marketing efforts (social ads, Google Ads, SEO, SEM).
• Coordinate with charities, manage sponsorships, and gather partner testimonials to enhance brand credibility.
• Create print materials and sales presentations.
• Handle email marketing campaigns with Mailchimp and Bullhorn.
• Support internal recruitment by crafting job descriptions and managing campaigns.
• Basic IT and recruitment knowledge is desirable. 

Requirements: 

• Minimum of 1 year in a marketing role, e.g. marketing executive, marketing coordinator, etc. 

• Proficiency in CMS, CRM, Mailchimp, and digital marketing tools. 

• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills. 

• Ability to analyse data and manage multiple projects. 

• Knowledge of GDPR compliance.
