Production Planner - Gloucestershire

We are currently looking for an experienced Production Planner to join a long established manufacturer in the Gloucester area. They are looking for someone who has experience as a production planner within engineering/manufacturing environments.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Planning site maintenance (reactive and preventative)
• Managing all production orders
• Management of KPIs - performance and targets
• Production/process improvement implementation
• Following company procedures and quality/safety standards
• Liaison with internal and external suppliers
• Manage plans and schedules for production

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Experience within an engineering/manufacturing environment
• Engineering degree or equivalent, or time served apprenticeship
• Experienced production planner or similar
• Experience with lean manufacturing
