Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage change and transformation projects such as TUPE or redundancies
- Assist with developing and updating new and old policies
- Ensure ER information is collected and analysed to make sure informed decisions are made
- Ensure managers are up to date with training and knowledge in employee relations
Candidate requirements:
- CIPD membership
- Previous experience of working in a similar employee relations role
