As the General Manager, you’ll provide exceptional operational experience and leadership to our Treatment Centre teams. Your goal? To inspire, empower, and create a culture that others want to be part of – all while keeping our services safe, sustainable, and exceptional.

We’re looking for someone who’s not just a manager, but a motivator. Someone who’s got the experience to lead by example, build an unbeatable team culture, and have a passion for KPI’s and exceeding targets. You'll also take on the key responsibilities of CQC Registered Manager and Controlled Drugs Accountable Officer. Important note: This isn’t a remote or hybrid role – we need you to be right there on the frontline with the team, full-time.

*Healthcare experience is not a requisite for this role

In the initial 6 - 12 months of the role, you will be involved with the setup of new sites across the Region which will include:

• Leading the strategic planning and execution of new site setups within the region
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of operations, technology, and personnel - clinical and non-clinical
• Overseeing the development of timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for each new site
• Recruitment, induction, and training of a full service delivery team including local leadership
