Actively seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager who specialises in the Residential sector. A leading main contractor with over 65 years experience in the industry are actively seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team for a large, RC Frame residential new build project in Weybridge. This main contractor also operates across the Commercial, Industrial, Hotel, Health care, Education and Sports & Leisure sector.
Responsibilities for the Senior Project Manager
- Number one on site for a large RC Frame residential scheme circa £80million.
- Managing Health & Safety and ensure the project is running to programme.
- Quality Assurance
- Managing a team of site staff and subcontractors
- Procuring and instructing subcontractors.
- Chair weekly QA Meetings
- Assist and manage the Design team to resolve any design issues in line with the program
Requirements for the Senior Project Manager
- Proven track record of a managing construction projects of a similar value in the Residential sector from start to finish.
- Ideally from a Degree Educated background
- Strong on project programming and delivery
- SMSTS
- CSCS
