Key Responsibilities of a Registered Manager:
- Overall running of the Nursing home including standards, quality of care, recruitment, and training.
- Managing budgets.
- Staff appraisals, meetings and disciplinaries.
- Liaise with outside Healthcare professionals regarding care.
- Build strong relationship.
- Ensuring company policies are followed and adhered to.
- 1+ Years’ experience managing within a Nursing Home setting.
- NVQ Level 4 or 5 in management.
- Experience working with the Elderly and Dementia patients.
- Managing budgets.
- Clinical skills.
- Ability to manage teams, improve services, quality, and performance.
- Staff appraisals, meetings and disciplinaries.
- Liaise with outside Healthcare professionals regarding care.
- To ensure CIW and company policies are followed and adhered to
- A high-quality work environment
- 40 Hours a week – flexible Hours
- 25 Days annual leave + Bank holidays
- Good reputation and organisation inside the home

- Salary paying up to £65,000.
