£55,000 - £65,000/annum
I am recruiting for a Registered Manager for a large Nursing Residential and Dementia Care Home in Cardiff.  
Key Responsibilities of a Registered Manager:
  • Overall running of the Nursing home including standards, quality of care, recruitment, and training.
  • Managing budgets.
  • Staff appraisals, meetings and disciplinaries.
  • Liaise with outside Healthcare professionals regarding care.
  • Build strong relationship.
  • Ensuring company policies are followed and adhered to.
Requirements:
  • 1+ Years’ experience managing within a Nursing Home setting.
  • NVQ Level 4 or 5 in management.
  • Experience working with the Elderly and Dementia patients.
  • Managing budgets.
  • Clinical skills.
  • Ability to manage teams, improve services, quality, and performance.
  • Staff appraisals, meetings and disciplinaries.
  • Liaise with outside Healthcare professionals regarding care.
  • To ensure CIW and company policies are followed and adhered to
