Job Description:

A design led practice are seeking an experienced Revit Technician/Architect for a short-term contract role, focusing on a high-rise project currently in Stage 4 (Technical Design). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in using Revit for complex architectural projects, particularly in the preparation of detailed construction documentation for high-rise developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce high-quality Revit models and detailed construction drawings for a high-rise project.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure the accuracy and completeness of technical drawings.
• Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with project timelines and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Revit, with extensive experience in Stage 4 (Technical Design/Construction Documentation) of high-rise projects.
• Strong understanding of building regulations and standards applicable to high-rise buildings.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
