We are hiring for an exciting role in Dublin City Centre with a leading global technology company. Our client is seeking a motivated individual to manage a team of experienced software engineers, shaping and guiding them to align with the company's growth objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Mentor a team of 6+ engineers
- Contribute to development strategy aligning with company growth objectives
- Ensure the team produces high-quality, scalable code
- Liaise with other team leads to ensure cohesive development strategies
Required Experience:
- 3+ years experience managing a team of engineers in a fast-paced environment
- Expertise in software development using Java and accompanying technologies
- Proficiency in full-stack development and delivering solutions for web-based applications
- Experience in regularly interacting with stakeholders
