Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the efficient daily running of construction projects on site.
- Manage quality control and health and safety proactively and diligently.
- Engage in pre-site, on-site, and post-site activities.
- Write and review WBPS Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) and sign off all sub-contractor RAMS.
- Collaborate with the Projects team to forecast and plan works.
- Attend meetings at Head Office as required.
- Promote positive internal and external communication.
- Adhere to all WB Power Services Ltd ISO policies and procedures.
- Manage communications between all parties involved.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Manage and resolve any on-site delays or issues, escalating problems as necessary.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or Installation Manager.
- SMSTS certification.
- Previous experience with generators or M&E projects is desirable.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with industry ISO standards.
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety protocols.
- Ability to interact with customers from various industries.
- Proficiency in IT and willingness to learn our ERP system.
