Account Manager

Location: Oxford

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + OTE

Aztrum is pleased to be working alongside a leading technical and sales IT consultancy, who specialise in security, infrastructure, hardware, networking & backup and recovery, in their search for their next Account Executive to join the team in Oxford.  You’ll have the opportunity to work with a variety of clientele across the UK including SMEs, larger businesses, schools, universities and more! 

What We’re Looking For: 

We are looking for an Account Manager who is:

• Passionate about technology and its potential to transform businesses.
• Experienced in Account Management or sales, within in the IT sector.
• Skilled in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Excellent in communication and negotiation.

Key Responsibilities: As an Account Manager, you will:

• Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Understand clients' business needs and identify opportunities for IT solutions.
• Collaborate with our technical teams to deliver tailored IT services.
• Develop and execute account strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth.
• Undertake new business activities including lead generation & cold calling.
