They are a well known and historic Worcestershire brand and are looking for a creative, results-driven individual to help drive their digital presence and expand their reach.

The Role

As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and improve engagement across multiple platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping their digital strategy while working with a collaborative team of marketing professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media, email marketing and SEO, SEM, PPC,
• Manage and grow their social media presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Tik Tok
• Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content for blogs, emails, and social channels.
• Supporting with the collection of content (such as photography and written content) for internal and external material such as social media
• Supporting with the development of planned website content full of impact, such as news stories, campaign landing pages and website pages
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest video content and social media trends and bringing new ideas and perspectives to their content creation efforts.

Requirements:

• A driven and enthusiastic digital marketing focus
• Experience in the development of content (photographic and video) for promotional purposes
• Excellent knowledge and use of social media platforms.
• An interest in graphic design and videography.
• Experience of using design and editing packages Adobe Photoshop and/or InDesign would be desirable
