Available Roles:

• 👨‍🍳 Commis Chef | 💷 £26k - £28k per annum
• 👨‍🍳 Chef de Partie | 💷 £28k - £30k per annum
• 👨‍🍳 Junior Sous Chef | 💷 £29k - £35k per annum
• 👨‍🍳 Senior Sous Chef | 💷 £34k - £37k per annum
• 👨‍🍳 Head Chef | 💷 £38k - £45k per annum

Location: 🌍 Bicester, Oxfordshire

Contract: 📑 Full-Time, Permanent

Working Hours: 📅 45 hours over 5 days (including weekends)

Licence Requirements:

🚘 Full UK Driving Licence and Own Vehicle - Preferred

Do you have the skills and experience it takes?

Essential - All Roles:

• Requires a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar Chef role
• Must be experienced working with fresh, seasonal produce
• Must be passionate about delivering excellent customer service
• Requires strong client management and customer service skills
• Must understand / follow strict food safety and HACCP requirements

Desirable - All Roles:

• Food preparation or health and safety qualifications are desirable
• Experience in high-end, fine dining settings is preffered

👨‍🍳 Junior Sous:

• All requirements as outlined above, plus:
• Managerial experience including delivering training is desirable

👨‍🍳 Senior Sous:

• All requirements as outlined above, plus:
• Must have 3+ years experience in busy kitchen settings
• Must have experience in high-end, fine dining settings
• Must have managerial experience including delivering training 
• Must be able to engage and motivate teams of staff
• Must be willing to contribute to new menu ideas and concepts
• Experience handling disciplinary and grievance matters is desirable

👨‍🍳 Head Chef:

• All requirements as outlined above, plus:
• Experience in recruitment, interviewing, new hire decision making
• Management or leadership related qualifications are advantageous
• Experience handling disciplinary and grievance matters is preferre
