Charity Recruitment are recruiting for a Events Coordinator for an Educational Charity based near Liverpool Street in London. This is a temporary contract (with a possible extension). This is hybrid working with some days in the office.

As the Events Coordinator you will be assisting in the design, planning, budgeting, and management of regional and occasionally national events, both virtual and in-person. You will be communicating and coordinating with event participants. You will act as the primary contact for participants, from onboarding through to exit coordination. You will be helping with logistical and administrative assistance as needed

As the Events Coordinator you will arrange and coordinate meetings and bookings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes when required. Respond to inquiries about via email, phone, or in person. You will oversee participant data management in Salesforce and other systems. Produce reports and analytics, presenting key updates in relevant meetings . You will assist your team and the broader organisation with additional tasks and projects as needed.

Experience:

​Experience in managing online events.

Previous experience in administration within a fast-paced office environment.

Skilled in organising meetings and taking detailed notes.

Competent in using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Familiar with venue procurement, contract management, and managing large budgets.
