Key Responsibilities:

• Meet and greet customers, providing a warm and professional welcome to the dealership.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the vehicle purchasing process.
• Offer expert advice on a range of vehicles, including their features and benefits.
• Organise and conduct test drives to showcase vehicle performance and specifications.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring they have a positive buying experience.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively prospecting for new business and following up with leads.
• Ensure the sales process is fully compliant with company policies and industry regulations.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest vehicle models and dealership promotions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in car sales or a sales-focused role is preferred.
• A passion for cars and a desire to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and friendly approach.
• Self-motivated with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
• A full UK driving license is essential.
