Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

  • Monitor and analyse sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Manage stock levels, pricing, and promotional activity to optimise sales.
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales process, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Work closely with other departments, including finance, aftersales, and marketing, to drive dealership success.
  • Foster a positive and high-performing sales culture, ensuring a customer-first approach at all times.

  • Proven experience in automotive sales management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a hands-on approach.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational abilities.

  • A full UK driving license is essential.
