Interim Regeneration Manager (Outside IR35) - 500 per day - North West - Council - Hybrid Working - 12 Months

To lead the delivery of the council's externally funded programmes and associated projects supporting major transformations across the council. Distinctly to improve our Town Centres boosting the areas and their economic growth and to lead on projects that will improve the Council's effectiveness

Primary Responsibilities

• To be the Programme Manager for several externally funded programmes and work in partnership with a multi-disciplinary team of Council advisors
• To ensure the programmes are delivered in accordance with the objectives of the funders, partner organisations and Council strategies, regeneration objectives and procedures
• To undertake the formulation and review implementation of the Regeneration Programme through the production of monthly reports, quarterly returns, executive reports and revised Action Plans

They are looking for an experienced PM with a good knowledge of processes and strategy in relation to pre construction stages for commercial and capital projects funded through the Levelling Up scheme. Local Authority experience is required.
