Our client based in Middlesbrough are looking for an Office Administrator

This role will be temp to perm for the suitable candidate

Job description

Forward plan schedules for collection and deliveries to site.

Dispatch and receive all deliveries into and out of the site.

Using the SAP computer system, record and maintain records of all movements of materials in and in and out of the site.

Liaise with our customer services to ensure the timely scheduling of collections.

Control access of people and vehicles to the site.

Create purchase orders for all items required on site.

Receipt of all goods and services arriving on site.

Process invoices received on site.

Meet and greet visitors, ensuring all site procedures and safety instructions are implemented.

Organising and plan site training courses.

Organising and plan staff medicals.

Maintaining, issuing, recording of all site PPE stock.

Maintaining, ordering and recording of some production consumables.

Maintaining, ordering and acquiring the office domestic consumables.

 Record, monitor, schedule, stock items.

 Liaise and provide production with paperwork and labels.
