Position: CARE HOME MANAGER

Location: NEWTON, WALES

Salary: up to £45,500K PER ANNUM

Hours: FULL TIME

Home: Medium Sized Elderly & Dementia Care Home

Job Description:

An experienced and proficient individual is required to manage this established Residential Care Home in the Newton area. This particular service is known for their high level of personalised care and friendliness. As Care Home Manager you will be responsible for the day to day running of the home. Your key responsibilities will centre around management of staff, care delivery to residents, training and ensuring that the home is run in accordance with company and CQC policies.

Skills / Qualifications:

• QCF / NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
• Proven track record of successful home or deputy management
• Must have held registration with CIW
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop staff
• Experienced Deputy Manager’s looking to progress will also be considered
• Full time or Part Time Role – hours to suit
