My client is a industry leading principle contractor with multiple live contracts across the UK.
We are currently recruiting a Site Manager to join the company and assist in managing an industrial/commercial construction project based in Cheshire.
The ideal candidate would be from a main contractor background and experienced within groundworks, steel fram, cladding, fit out and M&E.
RATES ARE NEGOTIABLE!!!
THIS IS FOR AN IMMEDIATE START!!!
Site Manager Responsibilities:
• Reporting and working alongside the Project Manager and Contracts Manager.
• Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety
• Keeping site diaries
• Ammending and working to RAMS
• Quality Assurance.
• Managing sub contractors.
• Providing progress reports
• Managing/ordering materials and overseeing plant and operations.
Site Manager Requirements:
• CSCS
• SMSTS
• First aid
• Experienced in managing commercial/industrial construction projects for main contractors.
• 8+ years management experience
