With a proven track record of impressive year-on-year growth and a fully booked schedule for the next 18 months, they are excited to welcome the right candidate who is eager to be part of their ongoing success story.
My client prides themselves on delivering top-notch, accurate results promptly, helping their clients plan sustainably for the future, uphold high housing standards, and enhance resident satisfaction.
This role offers the potential to evolve, with opportunities to handle energy performance certificates, retrofit assessments, damp and mould surveys, asbestos surveys, fire risk assessments, and even supervise on-site work. If you’re passionate about making a real impact and growing with a company that’s at the forefront of the industry, we’d love to hear from you!

The Opportunity

Key responsibilities will include:
  • Collaborate with the building surveying team to ensure top-notch performance within set deadlines.
  • Provide support to colleagues within the Building Surveying Department and across the organisation as needed.
