Pharmaceutical Account Manager

Salary up to £26,000

Hybrid working (3 days at the office)

Full time, Permanent

Hours- 9am – 5.30pm or 9.30am – 6pm (on a rotational basis)

We are proud be representing a Cardiff based, market-leading Pharmaceutical Company, and due to growth within the organisation, they are looking to add an Account Manager to become a crucial part of their dynamic team.

You will ideally have some knowledge of the pharmacracy industry, as you will be providing Pharmacy’s with customer support on products and services, and dealing with on-line orders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer and Prospect Interaction: Handle all inbound contacts professionally and efficiently.
  • Internal Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and queries.
  • CRM Management: Accurately record relevant information in the company’s CRM system.
  • Customer Support: Address enquiries and complaints thoroughly, escalating complex issues as necessary.
  • Regulatory Awareness: Stay informed about relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Policy Adherence: Follow company policies and procedures specific to your role.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain awareness of the company’s products and services.
  • Customer Guidance: Provide advice and support to customers regarding appropriate products and services.
  • Adoption Support: Assist customers in adopting new products and services.
  • Team Support: Help manage the process for new starters and leavers, and support remote team members.
  • Marketing Assistance: Contribute to marketing campaigns as needed.
