Immediate Freelance Site Manager Requirement - Wirral

A reputable construction group is urgently seeking a Freelance Site Manager to manage the fit-out of a new build project in Wirral. The project consists of a 5-storey steel frame building with 50 apartments and ground-floor retail space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the fit-out phase of the project.
• Supervise an assistant site manager and work closely with subcontractors.
• Report to a visiting Contracts Manager.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Experience in managing fit-out projects.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS qualifications.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and ensure smooth site operations.
