Due to an increased workload, our client is seeking to recruit an experienced joiner to start as soon as possible on their refurishment project in Cleethorpes to start on Monday September 19th initially for 7 days although this could be extended.

DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE SITE, IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE POSSESSES AN IN DATE DBS check.

We are seeking an experienced joiner, competent to work on refurbishment projects to undertake mostly seccond fix work, including Fire doors & frames, Vanesta Cubicles, Vanesta Vanity’s
Skirting/Arcs ect

The successful applicant must have excellent level of experience within the new build housing sector,  with a thorough knowledge of both traditional and timber frame construction combined with a comprehensive health and safety understanding. 

You will require an in date CSCS card as a minimum. 

Required experience:

* Joinery - Time Served / NVQ level.
* Competent in Timber Frame Construction.
* Competent in Traditional Construction.
* First Aid at work Qualification (Preferred)
* Must hold a full valid UK driving license.
* Training / Supervisory Experience would be an advantage.
