This is an RC frame development and you should have a proven track record delivering schemes from start to finish. They are seeking someone with a tier 1/2 background and a dynamic, positive attittude.

Your Mission:

We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Project Manager who is passionate about turning visions into reality! Lead an 80 unit new build residential scheme and take the reins of a project that will enhance lives and shape futures. This is not just a job; it’s an opportunity to create lasting impact! This is a super prime development, previous experience delivering super prime schemes is highly desired. The scheme is valued £100Mil+. 

What You’ll Do:

• Lead with Vision: Take charge of the entire project lifecycle, from inception to completion, ensuring we meet our ambitious goals.
• Collaborate & Inspire: Work closely with architects, contractors, and team members, fostering a culture of innovation and teamwork.
• Troubleshoot & Triumph: Anticipate challenges and navigate solutions with agility and expertise.
• Champion Quality: Drive adherence to safety regulations and top-notch quality standards that make us proud.
• Keep Us Informed: Prepare engaging reports for stakeholders, showcasing progress and celebrating milestones.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven Leader: You have solid experience managing super prime residential construction projects successfully.
• Construction Guru: A thorough understanding of building regulations and effective construction processes runs through your veins.
• Exceptional Communicator: Your leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills sparkle and inspire those around you.
• Credentials Matter: References will be key in the hiring process

Key Requirements: 

• Main contracting experience 
• Proven track record delivering schemes from start to finish 
• Strong client interface and communication skills 
• Longevity within positions (freelancers will not be considered) 
• Super prime experience (highly desired, not essential)
