Our client, a leading organisation with a strong commitment to environmental sustainability, is looking to recruit a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee a range of construction, engineering, and landscape projects. This role will focus on managing a diverse portfolio of projects in a cost-effective, safe, and timely manner. With a strong pipeline of future projects, this is hugely exciting opportunity!

The Construction Project Manager role will involve:

  • Managing construction, engineering, and landscape projects from inception to completion.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams and external contractors to ensure project delivery.
  • Oversee budget management, risk assessments, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards.
  • Manage projects across the northern region, with specific focus on sites in Salford and Harrogate.
  • Regularly report to senior management and stakeholders, providing clear updates on project progress and any issues.

Construction Project Manager role requirements:

  • Relevant professional qualifications and/or membership of RICS/CIOB (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong technical knowledge and project management skills, particularly within construction and estates.
  • Experience working with external contractors and managing large-scale projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
  • A proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Ability to work in a client-side role, liaising with multiple stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
