Remuneration: £30,000neg + Bonus tbc

The role of the Internal Sales – Facades & Cladding Systems will involve:

• Internal Sales position promoting a high quality range of architectural metalwork & fabrication such as: aluminium rainscreen cladding panels, façade systems, insulated panels, aluminium pressing
• Primarily selling into: rainscreen sub-contractors & curtain walling sub-contractors
• May have smaller interaction with main contractors and architects
• Working on projects in both the residential & commercial market sector on projects such as: hotels, universities, hospitals, hotels, office blocks etc
• Supporting the external sales team with client requirements & general administration
• There will also be an element of generating new business and qualifying sales leads before feeding back to the external team
• Project sizes range from £20k-£1m

The ideal applicant will be Internal Sales – Facades & Cladding Systems – Facades with:

• Must have sales experience within the construction industry
• Ideally experience selling related systems for example: cladding, facades, rainscreen, architectural metalwork, curtain walling, insulation however this is not essential
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Good time management skills, focused and customer service orientated
• IT Literate (Microsoft Office)
