Senior Platform Engineer

Location: London Hybrid (3 days a week)

Salary: To £85,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Investigo is partnered with an industry-leading technology logistical organisation, who are currently carrying out a brand new software capability. This role would see you having a true impact on the global supply chain and the way large organisations move goods around the world.

This Senior Platform Engineer position would see you have critical involvement in implementing scalable infrastructure utilising multiple tools and being 100% hands-on. They are looking for someone who is comfortable with ambiguity and can really take ownership of the project. They have decided to use AWS, Kubernetes, terraform, Docker, ECS etc. Whilst this role would be a hands on position position, you will be involved in the direction and implementing best in practice infrastructure.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Senior Platform Engineer will have the following skills:

• 5+ years hands-on platform experience
• Strong knowledge of multiple of the following languages (Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, Ansible, CI/CD tooling, etc.
• Strong database experience (SQL and NOSQL
• Strong AWS
• Comfortable working in a start up environment
• Passionate about continuously learning
• Great communication
