Supply Desk is seeking experienced Teaching Assistants for Primary Schools in Ashford.

About Us:
Supply Desk is a nationwide education recruitment company specialising in Primary, SEND, and Secondary education. We place our teaching staff in day-to-day and long-term placements in numerous Primary and Secondary schools across Ashford and the surrounding areas.

Job Description:

• Working across all Year Groups including EYFS
• Supporting children’s development in Phonics, Maths, and Literacy through small group interventions
• Assisting with general classroom duties including behaviour management
• Full-time role with the opportunity for a permanent contract

What We’re Looking For:

• A Teaching Assistant qualification is advantageous but not essential
• Prior experience working in UK schools is required
• Strong subject knowledge and experience with Phonics
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
• A proactive, passionate, and enthusiastic approach to supporting young learners
• Intervention experience preferred
