What You’ll Do:

• Lead from the front: Own and drive the operational strategy, ensuring all departments are aligned with company goals.
• Shape our future: Implement initiatives that will maximise business performance, profitability, and streamline processes through technology.
• Build and lead teams: Manage key departments, including Compliance, HR, IT, and Marketing, ensuring seamless collaboration across all functions.
• Take ownership: Manage operational budgets (£500k+), develop strategies for cost optimisation, and lead a team of six.
• Deliver results: Lead initiatives to drive performance across the organisation, while embracing a technology-forward mindset.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: You’ll need at least 5+ years of operational management experience, ideally within recruitment operations or similar.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strategic mindset: Strong commercial awareness and the ability to align operations with long-term business goals.
• Technology-Driven: Passionate about technology with a strategic mindset to streamline processes in a fluid, hybrid working environment.
• Budgeting skills: Experience managing and optimising budgets, ensuring the best return on investment.
• Drive for success: A proactive, results-oriented individual who can take ownership and make a tangible difference.
