Role Overview:

We are seeking a Sales Administrator to handle both administrative tasks and sales support. You’ll be the first point of contact for customer calls, emails, and visitors, while also assisting the sales team in achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support: Process orders, assist with quotes, maintain customer records, and follow up on leads.
  • Customer Service: Answer incoming calls, handle inquiries, and greet visitors.
  • Admin Duties: General office tasks including filing, data entry, and managing appointments.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales admin or similar roles preferred
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Customer-focused with a proactive attitude
