The responsibilities for the Sales Team Manager ( Sports Industry ) will include:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase membership and new corporate opportunities.
- Lead and motivate a junior sales team to deliver excellent campaigns and customer service.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Consistently analyse team and sales performance, identifying new opportunities and pro-actively responding to under performing business areas.
- Manage budget and resources effectively.
- Provide regular training and support to team members.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with marketing department to promote membership benefits and sales initiatives.
Profile
A successful Sales Team Manager ( Sports Industry ) should have:
- 2+ years experience in a sales, or commercial environment
- Related work experience may include says roles, marketing positions, and team management experience.
- Excel Skills are essential
- Ability to translate sales data into tangible results.
- Team management experience is desirable, or ambition to lead and grow a junior team.
