Are you an experienced building surveyor who enjoys project work?
 
TSA surveying is representing an established client who has a substantial presence in Birmingham and London. This company has been involved in successful projects in city centres destinations and new build establishments.
 
They are seeking a skilled building surveyor with a project bias who is based in the Birmingham region to oversee a range of projects which predominately be public sector orientated. A main responsibility in this job will be to have control of appointing a professional team and managing the performance of individuals within a project.  You will work alongside external contractors to enhance the project work undertaken. The company frequently oversees project work in refurbishments and new build established often investing in project value from £300k up to £7m.
 
The ideal candidate will come from a building surveying background and will have either pursued professional development via MRICS or MCIOB. The individual will need to be able to demonstrate a strong track record in taking projects from specification through to delivery.
