Location: Manchester, Liverpool, and Yorkshire

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the flat roofing industry however, this is preferable and NOT desired. It is absolutely essential that the successful candidate must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire process of roofing projects, from the initial planning stages to the final execution and completion.
  • Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client.
  • Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that the project is completed to the highest standards.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and be able to work well under pressure.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and other technical documents.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
  • Good understanding of construction techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and other technical documents.

FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED TO CANIDATES THAT LACK FLAT ROOFING EXPERIENCE.
