We have an amazing opportunity for an Employability Adviser working for a Grade 1 provider. To deliver and support learners through their transition to employment and/or Apprenticeships. To deliver life skills, provide advice and guidance on career progression and you will be engaging with employers to support job matching, job carving, and reasonable adjustments.

The successful candidate should have experience of:

• A strong track record in exceeding targets and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
• Being people-focused with exceptional communication and organisational skills.
•  Prioritising competing demands with a positive can-do approach.
•  Broker and sustain effective working relationships with employers and other community stakeholders to create opportunities for the participants you work with.
• Independently manage a complex caseload of participants positively overcoming multiple barriers to employment on an outreach basis in the communities you will operate in.
• Prepared to travel regularly to support participants, and effectively manage your diary to achieve this.
