A Property Construction Consultancy in London is actively seeking to hire a Project Manager to join their growing team.

The Project Manager's Role

The ideal Project Manager will be working on high end residential projects and remedial works on CLT Building, and historical library refurbishments. These Projects will value anywhere from £5m to £23m.

The Project Manager will be responsible for monitoring the project's safe management and completion in accordance with the client's business practises and protocols in London, working with contract teams, clients, and customers. The Project Manager will be overseeing all phases of the building process, making sure the project is completed on time and within budget.

Project Manager Requirements

  • Degree level qualification within project management, construction management or equivalent (Desirable).
  • MRICS (Desirable).
  • Background within Quantity or Building Surveying skill set required.
  • Project Management, construction consultancy experience.
  • APM certified, Prince 2 or equivalent (desirable).
  • Demonstrable evidence of having managed a team.
