Senior Quantity Surveyor

Our client is an independent property and construction consultancy with a strong reputation for excellence in cost management and quantity surveying. They are looking to expand their Leeds office with a Senior Quantity Surveyor, focusing on the delivery of retail projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
- Conduct cost analysis and value engineering.
- Manage contracts and ensure compliance.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Oversee post-contract services, including cost control and final accounts.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous consultancy experience
- MRICS qualified
- Previous experience working on retail projects is preferred but not essential
- Strong knowledge of cost management and contract administration.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
On offer for the Senior Quantity Surveyor:
- Salary £55,000 - £65,000
- 26 days annual leave plus public holidays
