My client is a school based in Bedford that has a requirement for an experienced Chef assistant to join their team.
This role willbe in school terms only, the hours are 7h30am -2pm
Requirements:
- Previous experience cooking and preparing meals, working alongside the Kitchen manager.
- Level 2 Food hygiene certificate
- Enhanced DBS Check- to wok with children
The role:
- Preparing breakfast and lunches for pupils
- Following set recipes for the meals
- Assisting the kitchen manager
- Serving food to pupils
- Wiping down tables after lunch
- Washing up
