We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Assistant Site Manager to join our team on a new industrial warehouse project based in Hook, Hampshire.

The Role:
As an Assistant Site Manager, you will work closely with the Site Manager to ensure the successful delivery of this large-scale industrial warehouse project. You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring high standards of health and safety, quality control, and timely progress. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing all aspects of the construction site, including coordination of subcontractors, trades, and materials.
• Monitor and maintain project timelines, ensuring all work is completed on schedule.
• Ensure all health and safety regulations are strictly adhered to, conducting site inspections as required.
• Support the Site Manager in problem-solving and decision-making on-site issues.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to maintain smooth site operations.
• Keep accurate records of site activities, progress, and any issues that arise.
• Ensure the highest standards of quality are met throughout the project.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within industrial or commercial construction projects.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations in the construction industry.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in construction software and tools is a plus.
• Relevant qualifications such as SMSTS/SSSTS and First Aid certification.
• Full UK driving license.
