Market Assistant, Chichester

£25,000-£28,000

Futures Recruitment is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Assistant for our client, a rapidly growing family-run business based in Chichester. This is a full-time and permanent position. Your main role will be to manage the marketing and promotion of the business. In return, you will be offered a salary depending on experience of £25,000-£28,000.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Develop, document, and maintain the marketing strategy for the business.

- Devise and implement the agreed marketing plan.

- Create advertisements on social media.

- Generate and coordinate PR activities for the business.

- Design and produce content for social media and websites.

- Act as the primary point of contact, lead, and coordinate community involvement.

- Handle the preparation, management, and booking of entertainers.

- Seek out new ways of promoting the business.

- Work closely with Senior Management to achieve company success.

Please take note of the following required skills:

- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills

- Confidence and ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

- Proven track record of managing social media accounts and marketing channels

- Minimum 2 years in a marketing position and/or relevant qualifications
