Role Overview: As a Junior Recruitment Administrator, you'll play a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. You'll be the backbone of our team, handling a variety of administrative tasks and supporting our recruitment processes. Junior Recruitment Administrator Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Managing timesheets, organising compliance, and supporting the payroll team.
  • Candidate Management: Assist the recruitment team by maintaining candidate databases, handling pre-employment documentation.
  • Client Interaction: Support client communications and ensure a high level of service through prompt responses and accurate information.
  • Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and help track recruitment metrics.
  • Credit Control: Conduct a weekly review of aged debtors to ensure timely collections of outstanding payment and follow up on overdue accounts.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to provide administrative support and contribute to team projects and initiatives.
