ABC Teachers are recruiting for a Primary Teacher based in Telford with experience in Upper Key Stage 2 to cover a Year 6 maternity contract on a long-term basis to commence from January 2025.

The role 
This role includes the following:

• Working on a full-time basis conducting full teacher responsibilities.
• Guiding the class through preparation for SATs.
• Maternity contract will span from January 2025 to July 2025.

The school 
This is based at a one form entry primary school based in the Telford area.

Requirements 
To be considered for the Year 6 Teacher position, you will: 

•  Have experience teaching in an upper key stage 2 environment.
•  Be able to work on a full-time basis, as well as commit to providing the best opportunity for learning to pupils.
•  Able to work well in a team of staff.
•  Need a relevant QTS for working in a primary school environment, this is a compulsory part of registration.
•  Have or be able to obtain a DBS registered to the update service.
•  Be able to gain relevant references from the last 2 years.
