A family-feel, expanding Construction Consultancy, are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their Canterbury office after securing several new and interesting projects.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be at the companies Canterbury office 3-4 days a week (dependent on site visits) where you will be working on a broad range of mouthwatering projects across a variety of sectors including residential, heritage, hospitality, and education.

The new Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for the day to day delivery of projects, providing a full cost management and contract administration role. There is also the chance to do some Project Management should that appeal.

The Project Quantity Surveyor

  • Completed a degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
  • minimum of 2 years quantity surveying experience
  • Started, or looking to start your APC diary
  • PQS / Consultancy background
  • Good communication skills
  • Any contract administration experience would be a plus
