MEP Manager (3 Days/Week, Contract) – Leading Technical Services Management Firm

Are you an experienced MEP Manager looking for your next exciting opportunity? We are a leading Technical Services Management company, working closely with top-tier main contractors to deliver complex MEP packages on prestigious construction projects.

Location: Central London & Stansted
Contract: Initially 3 days per week (potential to increase to 5 days)
Day Rate: Competitive

This is a day rate contract role offering the opportunity to jump straight into large-scale projects in Central London and Stansted. As an MEP Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the successful delivery of MEP packages, working in partnership with the main contractor.

You will ensure project milestones are met, coordinating with multiple stakeholders and managing all aspects of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems to ensure seamless integration with the overall project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage MEP installations, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with the main contractor to support MEP project delivery.
  • Oversee the coordination between various trades, ensuring effective communication and progress.
  • Manage MEP subcontractors and suppliers, monitoring progress and resolving technical issues.
  • Ensure all works adhere to industry regulations, health & safety standards, and project specifications.

  • Familiarity with MEP regulations and health & safety protocols.
