Basic salary between £42,000 - £48,000
Our client is a successful high-level security business based in the Hertfordshire area, seeking a Service Desk Manager to join their established team in Hatfield.
Package on offer for a Admin & Service Desk Manager
- Basics between £42,000 - £48,000
- Private Healthcare
- 30 Days Holiday (inc Bank Holidays)
- 40 Hour Week – 8am – 5pm with 1 Hour Lunch Break
- Pension Scheme
Responsibilities for a Service Administrator
- Vehicle and Fleet Management
- Keeping documentation up to date, ensuring it is in line with necessary accreditations
- Overseeing and assisting with daily administrative tasks
- Dealing with maintenance renewals
- Working closely with the Operations Manager to ensure the department runs smoothly
- Overseeing and assisting with Service Calls
- Creating new works using Simpro
- Overseeing and organising permits when necessary
- Assisting with the drafting of quotations
