Our client provides their clients with integrated facilities management services across their entire property portfolio, including engineering, support services, catering, and security. This encompasses corporate offices, technical sites, and retail stores.
Job Description
The Regional Operations Manager will take ownership and accountability for facilities operations and services across multiple sites, including corporate offices and technical locations. You will be responsible for the operational delivery of FM services and for supporting the overall experience of visitors, contractors, and employees.
Your role includes performing low-level compliance activities across a defined region, such as flushing, EML flick tests, water temperature testing, fire alarm system tests, and shower head cleaning.
You will collaborate with other core functions, including security, technical, and corporate teams, to ensure that sites are maintained to the highest standards, delivering consistent and appropriate service experiences that align with evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the operational space within the clients’ corporate offices and technical locations to ensure the experience offered is suitable, sustainable, secure and safe for all audiences that interact with the workplace
- Identify and create a sustainable work environment that engage employees and enables them with an environment that allows them to thrive
- Deliver KPI’s in time with monthly reporting deadlines including building inspections, fire risk assessments, L8 assessments and Asbestos management plans
- Corporate team partnership, working collaboratively to enhance the employee journey
- Business stakeholders including proactive management and handling escalations
- Security team partnership, working collaboratively to enhance and protect asset security
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Good working knowledge and experience of hard and soft service delivery in line with the portfolio of responsibility
- IOSH, Facilities management or other operational management qualification is required, practical building maintenance experience is desirable but equivalent demonstrable experience is required
- For portfolio’s including corporate office space, a strong customer focus and customer management experience is critical
