Contracts Manager Opportunity - Central Belt of Scotland
First People Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a leading construction company for a Contracts Manager to oversee various housing and commercial projects across the Central Belt of Scotland.
Role Overview:
- Position: Contracts Manager
- Location: Central Belt of Scotland
- Project Value: £5m - £18m
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Oversee programme planning, procurement, and material reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, commercial policies, and HSE standards.
- Lead site management teams, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Chair internal and external meetings, ensuring clear communication and accurate record-keeping.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Proven experience managing £5m - £18m projects
- Proficiency in ASTA/Power Project Software.
- Strong commercial awareness and up-to-date knowledge of building and HSE legislation.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Valid UK driving license, SMSTS training, and CSCS card.
