Our client are a leading provider of private and affordable housing homes in the UK and are seeking a passionate and experienced Technical Manager to join their well resourced department in Hampshire. This is a unique opportunity to lead the technical delivery of two exciting projects:

* **Prestigious High Spec Estate:** Delivering a landmark development of luxury homes with a focus on high-quality design and specification.
* **95 Affordable Housing Units:** Providing much-needed affordable housing for local residents, designed to meet the highest sustainability standards.

**About the role:**

As Technical Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of both projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with all building regulations, specifications, and quality standards. You will work closely with a team of skilled professionals including architects, engineers, and contractors, providing strong technical leadership and ensuring all aspects of the project are delivered on time and within budget.

**Key responsibilities:**

* Leading the technical design and delivery of both projects, ensuring compliance with all regulations and specifications.
* Managing budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
* Overseeing all aspects of construction and development, from pre-construction planning to completion.
* Identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring project success.
* Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and local authorities.
* Providing technical guidance and support to the project team.
* Ensuring the highest standards of quality and sustainability are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
