Are you a Senior CAD Technician or Design Manager looking to take the next big step in your career? Our Client, a leading innovator in healthcare equipment, is searching for a Department Head - Design to join their team in Wetherby, UK.

About the Role: You'll lead and manage the entire design department, overseeing a mix of in-house and external technicians, creating design work across a variety of healthcare projects. This role is a unique opportunity to be part of our mission to enhance clinical outcomes and well-being through innovative design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the design process from concept to completion across diverse healthcare projects
- Lead design meetings, ensuring compliance with building regulations and company standards
- Oversee AutoCAD, Revit, and ensure BIM Level 2 compliance
- Work closely with sales and project delivery teams to meet deadlines across 150+ ongoing projects
What We're Looking For:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, REVIT, and BIM 360/4P
- At least 5 years of experience in the construction or contracting environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in design and engineering within healthcare or similar sectors
