We are actively looking for a Commercial Sales Executive/Account Handler to join our established and reputable client’s team, based in Peterborough, offering excellent corporate benefits, development and progression.  You may be a manager now or looking for a company that is able to offer this step up.  We are looking for leadership qualities for the potential to be able to take ownership of a department.  

Being an inspiring authoritative person who enjoys dealing with clients (B2B) exploring solutions in a consultative manner, you will naturally build connections and have meaningful deep conversations.  Working part of a team securing new business (80%/20%) with for example Sole Traders, Limited Companies to MD/CEO’s, this is a brand-new opportunity in Peterborough as our client is about to launch their commercial division. 

Naturally you’ll have passion for promoting the company’s service offering, mitigating risk, being able to talk through ideas, challenges and solutions to create a collective way forward; energetically conversing with others at networking events, leverage marketing initiatives, develop community engagement, have client meetings, basically the more presence and connections you make, the more successful you’ll be.

Further attributes/qualities we look for:

  • You will have experience winning new business and building long lasting relationships with B2B clients.
  • You must have a passion for developing business through marketing, community engagement, networking, client meetings, just to name a few – the stronger the presence in the market, the more successful you will be.
  • You will be tenacious, have a business curiosity and attention to detail to identify exposures and mitigate risk for clients.
  • Work part of a team, working to a collective goal having a shared vison to excel, with meaningful relationships.
  • Identify, engage and close market connections.
  • Look for referrals and opportunities to grow your network.
  • Being timely in your market execution, right product offering and the right time.
