Trainee Administrator

Our large Property Maintenance Client is looking to recruit an Administrator who will be based in their office in SE16 working closely in their Electrical Department.
Please note this is temp role for 12 weeks, after 12 weeks you will be offered a permanent PAYE Role.
Temp Rate for first 12 weeks - £14.86 p/hour
After 12 weeks you will be offered £22k - £24k
Hours: Monday to Friday (8:00am to 4:30pm) Office Based
Job Responsibilities include:
- General Data entry
- Writing letters to residents
- Appealing parking tickets
- Ensure all permit applications are submitted
- Scanning, filing
- Making sure all compliance is up to date
The ideal candidate for the Administrator role must have the following:
- Good organisational skills
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Previous experience in the Admin Sector
- Attention to detail
- Computer skills/ IT illiterate
Interviews are being held this week, with a view for an immediate start date
Operatives will be paid weekly, one week in arrears
